Balfour Beatty: employee live well campaign graphics

Project Overview

Balfour Beatty’s wellbeing consultants approached WECRE8 to design and develop the employee wellbeing programmes’ visual identity and supporting graphics for ‘Live Well’. Working closely with the consultants and internal team we agreed that a strong ’holistic’ approach would work well.

Based on this a clean circular graphic has been created for the framework that clearly presents and combines all the previously disparate ‘wellbeing’ activities that are being undertaken across the organisation. This combined with the use of strong iconographic symbols and primary colours has brought together the full range of employee related programmes and given them a simpler feel and focus within a single overview graphic. The design ‘toolbox’ also allows individual initiatives to be called-out as separate graphic roundels, which maintain a strong visual link back to the over-arching graphic.

The aim of the framework graphic is to increase awareness of the BB ‘Live Well’ initiatives and to encourage employees to find out more about each through links to specific web pages and document downloads.
