NHS Lothians wellbeing consultants approached us to design and develop the employee wellbeing programmes’ visual identity and supporting graphics for ‘Work Well’. Working closely with the consultants and internal team we agreed that a simple, strong ’caring’ visual solution was required.
Based on this a soft ‘personal’ handwritten graphic has been created for the framework namestyle, with the ‘heart’ at the centre of the marque. The graphic system also allows the four core pillars of the Work Well strategy to be positioned in and around the primary graphic.
The aim of the Work Well framework graphic is to increase awareness of the internal initiatives, support and benefits and to encourage employees to find out more about each of these through links to specific web pages and document downloads.
