The RBI Living Well Programme is a wellbeing initiative designed for RBI employees, based on 6 guiding principles of the Living Well Philosophy.
This programme started in the UK in Nov 2014 and in 2016 RBI were looking to reinforce and extend the brand awareness, events, campaigns and overall experience to RBI’s overseas offices.
The design brief was to develop a unified comms strategy in order to create a sense of impact, awareness, promotion & continuity between the different campaigns & initiatives. The existing over-arching set of materials had very little effective content or cohesive look / feel or brand identity.
Having already developed the RBI brand system our challenge was to create a strong supporting identity and toolset that would generate increased exposure of the Living Well programme – something that was fresh, impactful, innovative, had clever messaging and that could be easily re-worked for all initiatives. The RBI LW Team were looking for a comms strategy / identity that could extend to all channels: posters, emails, internal comms, website, social media etc.
This was achieved with real success and resulted in a significant increase in engagement, and by winning the Best Health and Wellbeing Initiative award at the CIPD People Management Awards held on 27 September in London. See article here >
